Isabella Jubb, Junior Teacher - Piano
“Music has been a constant my whole life, something I’ve grown to love. Playing piano is not only fun, but it has helped shape me as a person. I hope to instill that same passion in my students, fostering not only skill, but enjoyment, as they grow musically.”
Isabella has been playing piano since she was 7 years old. She currently plays at Level 9 RCM.
Isabella is a Junior Teacher, having completed South Island Studio’s mentorship program, designed to prepare young musicians to teach. As part of this program, Isabella volunteered in summer camps and classes, shadowed seasoned piano teachers in private and group lessons, and taught on her own.
Isabella loves working with children and regularly assists running craft and child-centered booths with various local volunteer organizations.
Isabella is currently in Grade 11 at Glenlyon Norfolk School. She enjoys stretching herself, musically, and plays alto saxophone in her school band.
